JUST Egg™ Brings Tasty Bites, Special Guests to NYC Wine & Food Festival
FestivalOn Friday, Oct. 14, JUST Egg™ will kick off a three-day activation at Food Network’s New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One. The brand's presence at the Grand Tasting at Pier 76 will include delicious samples of JUST Egg as well as inventive dishes created and served by special guest partners Iron Chef Ming Tsai and Bronx-based culinary collaborative Ghetto Gastro.
JUST Egg and the James Beard award-winning Tsai are teaming up to launch four new plant-based breakfast bings from his frozen food line, MingsBings, and NYCWFF ticket-holders will get a sneak peek. Attendees can try samples of Tsai's modern Asian street food from 1-5 p.m., on Friday as well as elevated samples of JUST Egg Folded.
On Sunday, Ghetto Gastro will be serving a special plant-based dish at the JUST Egg booth. To celebrate the launch of their upcoming cookbook, "Black Power Kitchen," 50 copies will be given away to festival-goers throughout the day.
