Olympic Skier Lindsey Vonn Joins JUST Egg™ as Ambassador and Investor

Eat Just, Inc. today announced that Olympic Alpine Ski Racer Lindsey Vonn has joined JUST Egg™ as an ambassador and investor. As part of this partnership, Vonn will be featured in JUST Egg’s social content periodically, including ways she incorporates JUST Egg into her on-the-go lifestyle. Vonn’s investment in the company demonstrates her strong belief in the plant-based food movement and the benefits of a plant-based diet to human and planetary health.

“I have been eating JUST Egg products for a while now and I just love the products so much I wanted to become an investor,” Vonn told E! News. “I got to know the company's founder, Josh Tetrick, and as I learned more, I wanted to grow my involvement to also become an ambassador. This company is full of amazing, mission-driven people who are creating an incredible product. I'm happy to be a part of the team.”

In recent years, competitive athletes have adopted plant-based diets to fuel their performance. As some of those athletes step back from competition, many are continuing the plant-based lifestyle to maintain their health, and for the positive aspects for the planet. Vonn is the latest addition to a growing list of celebrities and athletes partnering with JUST Egg, including tennis champion Serena Williams, actor Jake Gyllanhaal and NBA star Chris Paul.
