- 3 heaping tablespoons (35g) Just One
- 1 small or ½ large frozen banana
- 1½ cups frozen fruit (like berries, mango, peaches or watermelon)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup water or plant-based milk
- ½ to 1 cup spinach (optional)

Add all the ingredients to a blender, using whichever frozen fruit you prefer.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional water or milk to achieve desired consistency. Enjoy immediately.
